First elected in 2002, Justin is a lifetime resident of Prince George's County, and is honored by the privilege to represent the 22nd District in Annapolis.
2010 Maryland General Assembly
The 2010 Session of the Maryland General Assembly will begin at noon on the 13th of January. The session will last for 90 days and conclude at midnight on the 12th of April. During those 90 days, the General Assembly will review hundreds of pieces of legislation, hold dozens upon dozens of committee hearings and cast thousands of votes.

Nothing though will be of greater importance than tackling our state's budget deficit. Just within the last month, analysts told us that we should expect a $2 billion deficit for the next fiscal year; this is the budget that we'll be passing when we meet in January. This will require painful decisions and a balancing of our state's priorities.

As your Delegate, I will work to support the needs of our district while making the best decisions in the interest of our state. I look forward to discussing my work, and hearing your feedback, through my web site .
22nd District
Since getting elected in 2002, it has been a sincere pleasure to represent the 22nd District in the Maryland House of Delegates.

I am proud and honored to represent the 22nd in Annapolis. The 22nd District is home to many natural treasures ranging from the Greenbelt Park to the NASA Space Flight Center. Our diversity coupled with our ability to recognize each other as neighbors is an attribute that few communities can boast.
